Order Processing
We work in the spirit of excellence creating your custom photo magnets. Orders are processed within 3-4 business days, not including weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 states and internationally as well. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carriers website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out to us at Tabitha.d.roman@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package, and we will be happy to assist.
